Starbucks Coffee Company, San Francisco, Associate Designer
I managed the construction administration and millwork design for two La Boulange cafe and bakeries (a subsidiary of Starbucks.) This entailed collaboration with designers and food service operators to deliver functional, inviting restaurants.
In addition to the projects mentioned above, I worked with other designers on space planning, FF&E specifications, and project management for several dozen Starbucks coffee shops.
BAR Architects & Interiors, San Francisco, Consultant
Worked on the remodel of two American Eagle flagship stores in NYC. Drafted and coordinated interiors and contributed to the schematic design process.
Stav Efrat Studio, Brooklyn, Project Designer
Led the implementation of numerous projects including Steve Madden and Betsey Johnson. Responsibilities ranged from development and presentation of design concepts, to the execution of typically half a dozen domestic and international projects simultaneously in various stages.
