I'm Mick McGuire, a Graduate student at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture. In the past, I worked at the DCDC (Detroit Collaborative Design Center) as an intern, in which I helped set up the standards of design graphics for the project ImpACT Detroit, as well as developed multiple working documents, and set up plans for the continuation of the projected implementation phases. Computer programs that I used during my time at the DCDC were InDesign, Illustrator, and minor uses of Photoshop. I am fluent in the programs mentioned earlier, but as well as, Auto CAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3ds Max and the Microsoft Office Suit. I happen to view myself as an imaginative positive hardworking individual with the passion to get any job done within an efficient and diligent manner. At this time, I'm two credits missing from achieving my M.Arch. These two credits happens to be my final internship.
