I am an Interior Designer with an interest in retail design and brand environments. I have a BFA in interior design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago, Illinois. I am currently living in New York city and  looking for an opportunity to work full-time at a design or architectural firm.

Direct construction projects from architecture and engineering (A&E) conceptualization to project closeouts.

Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and obtain approval for selections; effectively saved company thousands of dollars in fees by performing interior design duties in-house.
Work with Construction and Development Departments to manage spatial planning and schematic design for proposed tenant spaces, projects, bidding process, and presentations.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) to develop test-fit floor plans for property leases and construction documents for small-scale design projects.
Perform site surveys, calculate square footage and space dimensions, and collect relevant spatial data to create schematics and construction documents.
