▪Project Close-out (including Contractor Audits, Municipal Development Agreement and Recapture Agreement coordination and close-out, Architect Errors and Omissions analysis and negotiation).

Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 suite, Autodesk AutoCad 2013 (Basic), and CompTIA ‘A+’ certified.  LEED Green Associate.  AIA Associate.  PMI Member.

2008-2012  ($470M)  Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox, IL:
New Replacement Hospital and Medical Campus, New Lenox, Illinois
Role: Senior Project Manager, Walker & Associates, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Responsible for: $470 million, 77 acre campus, 289 bed 560,000 square-foot Level 2 Trauma replacement hospital with four ancillary buildings (21,000sf Central plant, 63,000sf Medical Office Building by HSA, 30,000sf Cancer Center by HSA, and 180,000sf Medical Service Building by NexCore).  Responsible for half-mile reconstruction and signalization of existing two-lane to new five-lane US Route 6, and existing quarter-mile two-lane cinder Clinton Street to new four-lane Silver Cross Boulevard including the relocation of one fiberoptic, one natural gas, one petroleum, and one jet fuel transmission lines.
