I am a second year undergraduate studying architecture and planning at MIT.

As I progress through my second year of school, I wish to gain valuable experience and hone my interests within the scope of architecture.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, US, Undergraduate Research

I am currently working on a research project with Professor Anne Spirn called The Once and Future City. Along with developing coursework for the class, I am investigating and recording the urban processes that shaped a neighborhood in the Greater Boston area. Emphasis is placed on using sensory observational skills as opposed to focusing only on second hand information.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, US, NASA DNA Lego Project Intern

My role as an intern for the MIT Edgerton Center was to help develop learning materials using Lego. I organized and worked with volunteers to assemble the educational Lego DNA kits and managed post-production quality checks of the kits before shipment. In order to gather the necessary manpower, I also acted as a liason between numerous service organizations and the Lego project.

I am an undergraduate sophomore at MIT, enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program, majoring in architecture. The program is a pre-professional degree that encourages students to explore other interests in engineering and sciences.

I am also pursuing a double major, urban planning and design as my second major.
