About 

Samantha Chavez, Project Manager & Architectural designer, Woodbury University graduate with Bachelors of Architecture. Current student of NewSchool of Architecture and Design Masters of Construction Management program. Over recent years I have worked on high-end traditional residential design, custom residential design/ build and multi-use development project types. I am in pursuit of licensure, AXP completed and currently working on exams. On this journey, I utilize my knowledge and experience to develop new ideas within the design industry. I am motivated to work in a collaborative environment where I can discover new methodologies in creative scenarios. I am well organized, punctual, and motivated to do everything with great precision. I can work on multiple projects at a time with ease and always with the highest quality of detail. My outgoing attitude allows me to work well with others and I enjoy taking initiative when a leader must rise to the occasion.
