About 

Registered Architect and project manager with experience in design and construction, worked with a range of international consultancy firms between Dubai, Sydney & Jeddah such as P&T group, ARCADIS, and Silver Thomas Hanley for a range of projects for government and institutional/international clients.

Managed the delivery of the full life-cycle of many mega projects within scope, budget, schedule, and of high quality while meeting client requirements and business objectives. Such as:

1- $ 451 Million - City of Lights Residential and office Towers (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
2- $ 6.1 Billion – SFMC Hospital (Riyadh, KSA)
3- $ 60 Million - Villa wood immigration Detention Facility (Sydney, AU)
4- $ 260 Million - Hornsby Hospital Redevelopment (Sydney, AU)
5- $ 1.2 Billion – Saraya Aqaba Resorts (Aqaba, Jordan)

Lead the project design teams (engineers, consultants, and contractors) to report to external & internal stakeholders on project progress. For instance,

project plans and forecasts,
resource allocation,
coordinating updates,
changes / variations,
Prepares and/or reviews BIM models and drawings,
Mentoring and guidance to junior staff,
Submissions,
using the latest engineering design and collaboration tools, including BIM.

Act as the liaison between the firm and the client on all matters including,
negotiation,
contract administration,
financial control.
