Prepared extensive base drawings for a comprehensive restoration campaign at a NYC Landmark building, met with contractors throughout the bidding process, filed project with both the
Landmarks Preservation Commission and the Department of Buildings; Developed conceptual designs for recladding a 1960’s, white brick, 20-storey apartment building; Defined the scope of work, prepared working drawings and Department of Buildings filings for an exterior restoration project.

Integral role in destructive investigation and documentation of 13 heritage hotels including the development of existing construction details, full drawing sets and the writing of statments of significance; Thrived in the field conducting a multi-day site visit employing a high lift re: deterioration of the cast stone of a large historical building; Led the conceptual design of a multi-family residential building to suit the unique needs of women in transition.

Assessed functional layouts provided by a leading healthcare planning firm, collaborated on the schematic design and led the drafting involved in the development of to three scales of prototypical health centers; Led schematic design and writing of an RFP re: the contracting of a community hall expansion and vital service upgrades.
