About

Upon graduating from the Interior Design program at The Florida State University in April 2012, it is my intention to relocate and launch my design career. As a Junior Interior Designer, I look forward to practically applying the skills and knowledge gained in concept development, space planning, and material and finish selections in a professional setting.

I am a hard worker with a natural sense of urgency, a team player with good organizational and communication skills and excel as a team leader when situations dictate. I have all the computer skills expected of a recent design graduate including AutoCAD and Revit as well as the MS Office and Adobe Suite software. In addition to my design degree, I completed my business minor in order to support a growing understanding of business acumen.

Combined with my studio success, my college experience includes a variety of jobs and responsibilities that demonstrate my teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities. As former vice president and active member of ASID, I worked to bridge the gap between students and the professional world. Serving as a docent and leading tours at the Florida’s Governor’s Mansion helped further develop my communication skills. Lastly, attending NeoCon and High Point Market showed me an insight to both residential and commercial worlds.
