Created a full site reorganization structure, making adjustments based on recommended pathing journey for key audiences and to address feedback related to naming conventions.
Utilized the new sitemap to redesign navigation system including a restructured mega-navigation, page-level navigation, and persistent navigation structure.
Worked on redefining the entire search experience to make it a simpler and more intuitive journey from inquiry to finding results.
Redesigned document library by defining a new filter system that is intuitive and allows for quicker and easier access to documentation. Rethinking existing multi-level accordion-based function in favor of a system that provides a more guided experience.
