 I  have a great deal of experience with Capitol Packages, Renovations, construction documents and Rhode Island and Mass, building codes. I am experienced working with re-design and am very knowledgeable of  interior programming. As a graduate student of architect I have experience with construction documents and architectural details, also graphics and presentations skills and hand drawings, I also create laser models etc.  My 10+ years of experience allowed me to learn to work with clients and learn to listen.  I have managed all move projects and worked with architects as well MEP and vendors. Johnson & Johnson, Raynham, MA, US, Facilities Designer, Project Manager

Hired to Create As-Build for the corporation’s Raynham east coast manufacturing, labs and office facilities. Responsible for all updates and existing building files bring them up to date digitally. Developed new multi equipment and/or office furniture layouts. Created 3-D Designs models for Relocation Areas and Future Corporate Team Rooms, Employee Kiosk. Meet with Department Heads, manufacturing and office personal to adopt more efficient layouts to create a better work flow or work environment. Work Scope includes the funding and presentation aspects to secure the appropriation of Capital Packages. I also work with Fire & Police for safety and emergency operations as well as with ADA Building Codes and regulations, MEP departments. Work with and coordinate in-house facilities maintenance departments and sub-contractors.
Appropriation of Capital Packages, Space Planning, as build, Construction Documents and Timelines. Coordinate all Facility Resource Team moves and project-related moves happening within Johnson & Johnson. Main contact for all levels of management for the overall space planning and space allocation for all departments, Contact for Vendors, Architects, Contractors.
