Common Boston Common Build Design Competition, 3rd Place
Common Boston Common Build Competition is an annual 72hr design-build challenge to engage communities all over Boston and its surrounding cities through redefining public space.
My team entry Chalk Blocks engages with the community with sets of movable, modular boxes with writing surfaces that call for active participation. Left for the public to draw, write, sit, and lean on, Chalk Blocks has a way of appeasing park goers of all ages. Project took title of Popular Vote.
