Laura Heim Architect, Sunnyside, New York, Junior Architect

Assisted Principle Architect with the full interior renovation of residences
in Sunnyside Gardens and restoration of brown stone facade in the Upper West
Side Enhanced Commercial District. Both projects were located in the historic
districts of the Greater New York City Area and required the full process of
landmark preservation submissions; participated in the design of the facade and
the interior layout of the local butcher shop from conception through construction
administration; assisted in the complete reconceptualization of the company
website, redesigning the interface and formatting content; created competition
submission pages for 2013 Design Awards AIANYS; photographed residential
projects and created marketing tear sheets.

Conducted estimates for interior renovation projects, worked on
construction drawings, fire and electrical plans for the city permit application,
helped on site (residential projects): installed tile, wood and marble flooring,
