• Responsible for producing detailed CDs in REVIT for a partial $20M 40,000-SF renovation project in 8 floors floors of the existing Avenues The World School. In charge of site survey and integration of as-built conditions into a working BIM model. Carried out intrinsic design coordination with mechanical and structural.

• Coordinated the entire CA phase and collaborated through the CDs production for this 57-story, $400M luxury rental project. Responsible for reviewing the curtain wall building system; detailing the tower facades, terraces, balconies, railings, a 3 story mechanical bulkhead and an adjacent 5 story podium.

• In charge of the entire CA phase for this 14-storiy, $95M high-end mixed-use building. Responsible for producing a (15 dwgs) Bulletin fully detailing a building envelope design change from precast to masonry and coordinating with all trades.

• Responsible for reviewing a DD set and in producing CDs for this 23-story, $300M luxury Condo development. Coordinated a proposed envelope design, an interior design scheme & a new core into an existing shell structure. Carried out intrinsic design coordination with mechanical, structure and landscape disciplines.

• Collaborated on the design of Baha-Mar, a 1,000-acre, $3.5 billion mega resort-casino. Worked on the 2-way conversion of an AutoCAD DD set from design architect, to a MicroGDS CD set. In charge of detailing 2 levels of an unifying 3-story Podium.

• Contributed to the DD & CD phases of this $451M, 1.3M-SF mixed use 2-faceted twin 48-story rental & condo towers with an 11-story commercial parking. Responsible for detailing of the vertical transportation, the railing systems for the garage. And collaborated in the development of the exterior garage facade & parking design.

• Worked in producing CDs for a $253M, 841.000-SF Co-Op project with a 200,000-SF underground parking and a 1-acre open courtyard. Detailed the roof system and coordinated with all trades. the storefront system for the 1st floor retail space and the railing systems for all balconies, terraces, building setbacks & all interior duplex units.
