About

My name is Dione Bailey and I have been providing GRADE A quality assistance to Project Managers and Interior Designers while building a diverse skill set that brings me closer to my professional goals.

I love Interior Design and I love interior construction, so it's no wonder I've worked on interior design projects and full renovation projects throughout New York. New York projects offer a uniqueness to them because of the architectural elements inside and outside of the space that both play an equal part with eachother.

My favorite project was seeing the renovation/restoration of a Harlem Brownstone. Although I was involved with the Interior Design side as the Design Assistant, I fell in love with the sound of the construction and the smell of the saw dust. That love when combined with my skill for project organization, scheduling and research lead me into project management where I worked as an Assistant Project Manager for 2-1/2 years. The best part of that job was being involved with so many aspects of the project. I was able to work on the conceptual designs given to the architects, the preconstruction phases, managing the construction phases and responsibly handling close-out.

My greatest joy is to work on architecture and interior design projects as a Project Manager who can be involved in all phases.
