About

I hold licenses for Architecture and Interior Design from the State of Florida.  Though now focused on Hospitality projects, I spent three years as an inspector and building code consultant for various jurisdictions in Indiana and Kentucky.  Before that, I did public projects (schools, museums, churches, etc), and studied Applied Physics at AASU in 2009.

Since developer services have become key to our business model, we establish a deep understanding of the Owner's vision and connect them with other consultants, financiers, investors, and real estate deals. This has led Prince Alexander to become the leading resource for projects in Stadium Village (Southside Indianapolis).

I enjoy making life easier for my employer. As a Project Architect, I use this knowledge to direct production of construction documents in Revit, assemble/edit specifications, and coordinate trade questions during construction. I am meticulous on documentation, with excellent communication skills and response time. I work independently and efficiently, ensuring Owners and team members stay updated.  I also have solid experience with 3DStudio and Photoshop, plus Project, Excel, Word, and all the usual accessories.

I will always be thankful I get to be part of remaking the face of the city.
