Contributed to the Residential Urban Development team in the design Multi-Family site plans, floor plans, elevations, and 3d views for marketing proposals. Design and Draft for CDA Tax Credit Submissions, Market Rate, HUD, and Senior Housing Projects in AutoCad, Sketch-Up and Hand Renderings. Draft DD, and Permit drawings using Revit Architecture.

Conducted as-built surveys in association with developing the campus master plan. Participated in Master Plan meetings with owner, planners, and related parties. Participated in design and production of construction documents for small interoir renovations and exterior patio.

Patrick Cardinal O’Boyle Foreign Studies Program Studio Competition, Other

A semester long studio design competition for the senior class of the Catholic University of America School of Architecture. The competition is for scholarship money and entrance into the Patrick Cardinal O’Boyle Foreign Studies Program. My entry was selected as a finalist in the competition.
