Self Employed Contractor, Stamford, CT, US, Owner/Garden Expert/Green Interior Designer

I have expert experience identifying, planting, maintaining, transplanting, and curing various vegetative species native to New England. I also have moderate experience with imported exotics. Landscaping is a known luxury, and the level of experience that comes along with the highest of high end gardening and landscaping is unique. With the clientele that can afford such levels of perfection, one must be respectful, patient, capable of thinking quickly and solving problems. Although some may have an unlimited budget, it is key to know how to achieve goals with the least amount of effort and material.

For over 5 years, I have worked at the following locations continually; annually gaining more responsibilities and workload from all clients:

Greenwich CT, Private island.
Bellehaven, Greenwich CT
Conyers Farm, Greenwich CT.
Manhattan backyard garden.
Westchester Country Club, roof terrace

Education

New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), New York, NY, US, BArch, B.Arch

The B.Arch is what it is....
You must have what it takes to get through a B.Arch anywhere you are enrolled.
The B.Arch is probably the most advanced and most up to date in the NYC region. Having a jury of rockstar architects, starting in Design Studio 1, makes you pull up those jeans high and tight.

I can't say that NYIT's B.Arch is as competitive as Cooper Union's but i did have a few professors from Cooper who loved my work. Same with Colombia and NJIT.

Yes, AI is a big deal now and some youtubers are scaring all of us designers, but i am certain that we will not be replaced by AI. we will be replaced by a younger designer, who have experience in programs that the older architects do not.

I have experience in programs that alot of current architects haven't heard of. I literally have skills that current architects do not have, and I cannot wait to find out what the future holds for the future architect.
