About 

Brazilian born, Angelino by heart architectural designer who believes in an multidisciplinary approach to produce successful built environments. I have vast experience in research and programming methodologies to push the boundaries of residential and corporate projects to execute what hasn’t been done before. My primary goal is to produce architecture that is welcoming and develop buildings that people can walk in and feel comfortable in their own skin.

I'm proficient with the latest architecture software and I try to keep myself up-to-date in order to meet the field's current demands. From hand sketches to rendering or parametric design, every tool is a powerful asset for the contemporary design professional.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Design, planning and execution of custom residential architecture in the Coachella Valley (renovations and new construction)
- Management of all phases of a project to ensure budget, scope and timeline are met concomitantly
- Construction administration
- Management of project teams via strong communication and direction to ensure successful project delivery
- Compilation and preparation of bid documents (invitation to bid, addenda, bid forms and other documents pertaining to construction)
- Providing clear, transparent and timely communication of project information to and from clients, project team and stakeholders, utilizing team meetings/minutes/memos
- Assuring cohesion of company's aesthetics and architectural values
- Risk management by monitoring client issues and technical issues in a timely manner to minimize liability
- Constant work review for accuracy, omission and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual
