My design intent is heavily focused on social impact and centering community health and wellness. I believe in the process of regenerative design in which design and architecture work to repair damage done environmentally, socially, and economically. I feel that my purpose, through design and creativity, is to partner harmoniously with others who aim to build a genuine, healthy, supportive, and refreshing environment for everyone.
I am drawn to understanding how the design of social and public spaces in cities can lead to successful, healthy, happy, and lively communities. I strongly believe that every person should have the capability and access to decide what is happening in their communities in order to support a healthy life for themselves, their families, and their neighbors. Compassion and empathy are integral parts of my identity and are deeply ingrained in the work I do. This is what excites me about design, architecture, and art.
