Worked with a team of model makers to build models ranging from study models to final presentation models. Coordinated digital information between the model shop and design teams to process the digital models and prepare them for laser cutting or 3D printing (FDM and polyjet). Produced laser cut and 3D printed parts, operated and maintained the laser cutter and 3D printers. Expanded the existing repertoire of analog methodologies by combining them with digital techniques.

Operated, maintained, and managed the use of digital tools in the dFab Lab. Helped in the ongoing process of transitioning to a self-serve system in new facilities. Trained new students on how to use tools such as the laser cutter, 3D printer, CNC mill and software such as RhinoCAM.

Worked with Prof. Emily White to design and build a full-scale furniture piece highlighting the use of metal to metal adhesives. Along with a team, tested the strength of various commercial epoxies against a Cal Poly designed epoxy. Designing an exhibition to showcase our findings.

Fabricated an EPS foam chair for an aluminum sand cast. Communicated with supervisor while preparing RhinoCAM files, flip-milling, assembling, and sanding. Documented and put together a video showing the fabrication process.
