Rebecca joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2017 as a Designer for UTC companies throughout North America and split off to be on the Otis team in January 2020. Rebecca programs, space plans and creates tenant improvement packages for Otis locations in the USA, Canada, Mexico and northern South America. In addition to these tasks, Rebecca has updated the Program template, Tenant Improvements Note/Spec templates, and Drawing templates. Rebecca was integral in helping to develop the Otis space and furniture standards for the “Office of the Future” initiative. Rebecca also led the AutoCAD software upgrade and Revit software research.
