About 

For the past 10 years I have worked as a Project Associate at RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC. My responsibilities include:

  • Generating construction drawings for:
  1. ADA Complaint Ramp Installation 
  2. Apartment alterations
  3. Building Extensions/Rehabilitation
  4. Exterior Repair Programs
  5. Window replacement Programs
  • Preparing specifications
  • Creating renderings to assist clients in visualizing completed scope of work
  • Conducting construction observation for facade restoration, FISP, Interior Fit-out and site upgrades. Most observations were conducted using pipe and suspended scaffold.
  • Assisting Senior Architect with:

I am familiar with the use of NYC Zoning Resolution Book in order to do zoning analysis of site and Building Code of the City of New York.
