Daily responsibilities range from communicating/coordinating with clients, general contractors, and team members to ensure meeting deadlines. As a Project Manager at Atelier NY Architecture, I am responsible for developing multi-family dwelling layouts, drawing reviews/approvals, and filing with New York's Department of Building (DOB) in order to have projects approved and signed off in a timely manner. Additionally, in the event that a project gets audited, I focus on effectively having all objections cleared and attend meetings at the DOB when necessary.
