Moving from Istanbul, Kaan attended Syracuse University where his passion for development and evolution of design & engineering led him to major in Architecture and minor in Real Estate.
After working in architecture during & post college, Kaan wanted to experience development from the end-user perspective; he began working as a real estate agent in NYC.
In order to create a cohesive process that would meet his clients’ needs. In 2018, Kaan began a venture called “Brokers & Architects” which combines brokerage, marketing, and design, as well as project management services.
After 4 years of a successful and an educational career in real estate, Kaan is looking for further opportunities to be a part of and expand within the development industry.
