I am Tom C. Lau. I am a graduate of Pratt Institute School of Architecture. I have 4-5 years of experience working in a small architectural firm managing several projects from beginning to construction phase under supervision of the architect/principal. I've worked on projects ranging from commercial buildings to condos to mixed used buildings. I also have experience in DOB analysis and is familiar with filing process and meeting with plan examiners to achieve DOB approvals.
