I am currently employed at an Architectural/Engineering telecommunications firm and have work experience with AutoCAD and other computer aided design programs, as well as managing experience with multiple small scale projects that include making trackers on Microsoft Excel, managing a team, redlining construction documents, and ensuring client satisfaction. I have in depth understanding in setting up a drawing from design development, zoning documentation and submittal, construction documentation and submittal, and uploading to the client database. I have been involved in several projects such as AT&T’s LTE/3g/4g project for the Hawaii market, Sprint’s Network Vision and 2.5 project and AT&T’s Microwave infrastructure project nationwide. I work well individually as well as in a team. I am a quick learner and highly motivated to learn and experience new projects and goals.

My personal interests include modern and contemporary art and architecture in a wide variety of genres including organic architecture and minimalist architecture.

California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Pomona, CA, US, BArch, Architecture

I graduated from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona with a Bachelors of Architecture where I took a wide variety of architectural courses, which helped me develop the ability to think critically and logically, to work as part of a team, and to analyze, problem-solve, and evaluate outcomes, as well as to make connections between the material and real life applications. These courses include different mediums such as hand drawing, 2d software, and 3d rendering programs.

During this time there were two studio classes that stood out to me. Both of which were urban designed based with a team of both architecture students and landscape architecture students. The first was an exercise in Santa Monica civic center, to connect the civic center to the people. In a team of four, we took the civic center block and designed the space to be a walk-able second pier. The second studio was redesigning the port of LA to again revitalize a space that previously had been unused. This studio was sponsored by Disney, with the intent on creating a futuristic bustling port for their cruise line. My team took a pragmatic approach to this project using the nostalgia of the original space, alongside various ways of weaving the urban landscape to the site to make this space connected to San Pedro.
