From the youngest of age, I understood what I wanted to achieve in life, and that was to build a world in which people would have an heightened experience in their built environment and one that would take their breath away, whether it was walking down a hallway or exiting a street into a plaza overlooking a city center.

Consisting of a Mid-rise and townhouse-like buildings, a parking garage, lobby, day care and other amenities, Nicholas Buccalo was the designer for the entire project, from conception to layout of each unit and underground parking garage, including the roads, gardens, disposition and massing, and, structural integration, features and other aspects that make Tent City what it is today.
