In May 2014, I finished my Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana State University, College of Art + Design.
Within interior design I have developed a passion for component and furniture design. My interest is inspired by sculpture, functional art. Combining the clean edged practicality of design with the enigmatic edge of artistry I believe makes for the most intriguing forms. I don't think form has to always follow function. I believe they can be harmonious.
I enjoy writing concept statements, and finding purpose in the small, mundane everyday aspects of life. I also enjoy working with my hands, creating anything that I can. Because if we are not creating, what are we striving for?
