Bayside

A house for a couple nearing retirement and looking to slow down near on the water. Sited directly on the edge of the Barnegat Bay, the house takes full advantage of unobstructed water views with an abundance of glass. An open staircase separates the house into an east and west wing. The main bedroom suite and living spaces are situated in the west wing along the water’s edge. Large sliding glass doors open the main living space to a large living deck. A shared covered porch and a private sun deck sit just off of the main bedroom suite. Sleeping quarters and a private office make up the east wing. A slight southerly shift in the east wing opens expansive bay views to the private office and bedroom suite above.
