ONE is helping the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to optimize the masterplan for New Clark City, an ambitious new city north of Manila. In addition to a new, nature-based design for the river basin as a central feature of the city, the work includes a Resilience Framework and implementation guidelines and advice on the subdevelopments and utilities packages, with Level Infrastructure and Arcadis.
