The Patio

The building is located in a dense residential area in the heart of Bangkok, Paholyothin, Soi 3. The surroundings are a mixture of 2 storey houses and small apartment buildings. Due to the small footprint of the site, the building is elevated to almost reach the height control level of 23 meter regulated by the road width of 6 meter. This is to allow the residential units to have view above the 2 storey house on the south. The main circulation, lift core, staircases and corridor are planned at the north side because it is close to a tall neighbour building.
