•Provided general administrative support to the development team, including communication processing and distribution, maintenance of office supply stock levels
•Assisted preparing written materials including weekly and monthly reports to the development team, procedures and design guidelines related to specific construction projects, and control of filing invoices, payments, and estimates.
•Maintained development records and files in the digital backup drive.

•Created a chronologic photographic report system to track development progress. The web-based system allowed the development team to obtain real-time updates on progress from start to finish of construction.
