well they've been investing in american real estate for a quiet a while now. only now are they really flexing their muscles by buying the famous ones.
don't forget the Dubai Port Worlds once owned the SF harbor!
i'm sorry it wasn't the SF port. they had actually bought the New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New Orleans, and Miami port facilities.
