I dunno... I can't criticize gutter that much, since the people who are subjected to their muckracking are also benefiting from the glossy NY Times and normal culture industry publicity machine. If you are going to market yourself as a public figure, it goes both ways.
true, that's why I included the onion. However, I think gossip isn't necessarily part of that equation though. and I would hardly call "them" muckraking....

I'm really getting tired of "snark", be it the Gutter, its kin or any other site.
Too bad the Gutter isn't muckraking, though. Then they could use Homer Simpson's - aka Mr. X's - tagline: "All the muck that's fit to rake."
at least it's not as bad as the crackheads at unbeige.
