PROJECT STATUS: BIDDING NEGOTIATION

The refurbishment of the entry, reception, waiting area and staff kitchen & offices in one of Jersey City’s premier waterfront apartment buildings, following extensive cosmetic damage from Hurricane Sandy. Project entails updating the finishes, and modernizing the space through a full re-design including re-specification of the furniture and lighting throughout.
