To encourage exploration of various architects and buildings, I will post an image of a new building on a weekly basis, so we may all play "Name that Architect and Building!!!". Sorry to be lame, but I'm sort of tired of hearing how wonderful Rem is or how everyone hates Gehry. Let's get some other guys on the table, instead of regurgitating the same thing. Anyway,

yep, and johannes teamed up w/ oskar leo kaufmann (also related) and formed kaufmann 96 a decade or so ago.
wow the Kaufmann's are pretty prolific in the passivhaus world, I didn't know they were all related.

I have no idea, but I'll play. it reminds me of Steven Holl's chapel in Seattle. But obviously it's in South America or the Mediterranean. Not Legoretta or Barragan.
