yamasaki's michcon building.
but i only know it because i walked by it several times from our hotel during DEMF. there was a hoppin breakfast spot 2 blocks to the north/northwest.
you can kind of make out the ring @ hart plaza. good times.

so, i am assuming these are vent structures for a tunnell...beautiful concrete work, but i cna find very little in searches for architectural tunnel vents out there...really intriguing though
