The tree on the bottom picture, right side is a thornless honey locust. It is dwarfed from low temperatures.
This house either sits on a northward facing slope (wettest) or on any slope near a stream or river that has water flowing through it.

The Laurentians are the only place that would be where a tree like this could grow at such altitude and at such cold temperatures due to the Laurentians being thermally regulated by the Hudson Bay.
I know Honey Locust can grow in Ontario but not in the mountains.

the size of the glass panels on this last house is obscene...beautiful, but...
- Haus Optiker. That glass is insane simples; I like the second image up from the bottom, where it looks like there should be some support for the floor above but the window frame just glides below it, nice one holz. next one coming up in a few.
