Hi evertyone!Well,I hope you have a good day.I want to hear some different sounds from the architect seniors over the different country.I want to get a algorithms-aided-design like itech in University of Stuttgart.Could someone give some advice about the decision and how do you view the prospective of Advanced Architecture.Could I have a nice return?I am glad to hear any advice and appreciate. Thanks!

My guess is that you'd only be targeting a specific type of firm with that degree, which, of course, could be advantageous if desired. Outside of those firms, and the big firms who can afford having a computational designer on staff, it may not have a huge impact.

Thank for you reply, sir!Your guess is right. So far,I am only a bachelor so that I don't have enough competitive in market. You know the computer science develop so fast, like OpenAi and Alpha fold have achieved shocking results. It is a tendency that different major will combine computation to build a new displine. In my opinion, maybe it is not ture,I think the architecture industry will upgrade with computer science developing. However everyone of us is too weak and small under the tide of times. So I am not sure whether my future will be reshape by the decision. Do you think the degree is more competitive than others? Thanks for your response again!Hope everything goes well for you!

Buildings are slow to integrate with tech, and so far with middling results. It's a dumb, physical thing, a building. IMO, this degree will not get you more money. If you want money maybe do something else. Or go to business school and climb some ladder!
