Anyone saw Francis Ford Coppola's movie Megalopolis and what your thoughts on it since there hasn't been much movies about architecture and the design of a cities?
I think it's funny the protagonist is an all-powerful architect, battling an elected mayor. Seems like Coppola has that old-school view of the architect as hero that is thankfully starting to die out by now.

The first thought of Fountainhead came to mind after watching this film, but when Mr. Coppola considered one of the greatest film makers in our time, you're hoping that he would bring a different perspective on the role of an architect and something movie goers hasn't seen or experience before.

That's because it would really boring to see an architect spend half their day doing submittal reviews and responding to emails about plumbing lines and caulking.
