Just curious. I have been looking for other architecture firms this year, and I have noticed that quite a lot of ACE firms have a K-12/College department or are looking for a designer for that specific department alone. I have also been interviewing with a couple of construction firms as well, and they mostly specialize in ADU's, with maybe only a few in particular specializing in commercial/retail.
This is just my observation as a Californian. Am I wrong?

In all seriousness school projects typically will go in spurts when funding is available. Depending on the type of school (public / private) and a counties government things could get busy.

I only build ADUs for K-12 clients.
Why wouldn’t they have air conditioning?
