As a foreign Architect with 10 years experience outside the US, which is better for me, in terms of acquiring more knowledge and being eligible to work in north America as a Design Architect, Master in Architecture + ARE license or FE and PE license?

FE - fundamentals in engineering, a lot of engineering kids getting this as part of their Bachelor's graduation
PE - Professional Engineer, specific to your actual engineering discipline, again nothing to do with architecture
Professional architectural degree (MA counts) required for licensure
Eligibility to work as a designer at an architecture firm in America??? just need a good portfolio
