At the firm where I work, I am assigned to multiple projects at the same time. I have two supervisors, as some of these projects fall under one supervisor while the rest of the projects fall under the other supervisor. Effectively I have two supervisors at the same time.
When I submit my AXP record, I will have to submit two reports for the same period, one under each supervisor. I work 40 hours a week, and on average spend 24 hours under one supervisor and 16 under the other, and this is what I put on my report as well.
When drafting these reports the system advises me to remove any overlaps, and warns me that overlaps may result in loss of hours.
Does anyone know how this issue can be addressed? How should I be reporting my hours in my situation where I have two supervisors during the same reporting period?
