1. It takes wayyyyyyyyyyy to long to get licensed.
2. The pay is a joke for how qualified you need to be.
3. We should get AR title like a DR title.
4. While you're testing there needs to be an interim title like "residency" or "resident" so the general public knows what you are doing and what it leads to. All in hopes of avoiding awkward conversation about where you are in your career.
5. The testing material is way to hard to find and expensive.
6. The tests are way to expensive.
7. School is not based in reality, when it should be.
8. We could do a better job of grouping themselves for all areas post college.
9. Architecture has to have some of the worst office culture. It starts with studio
10. Architecture school has to be completely rethought and based in reality. Staying up all night was not helpful whatsoever.

I'm really good at both. It's possible. But no professor is going to tell you that, to you have to learn it on your own.
