I am an apprentice that has recently completed part 2 and preparing for part 3 which will begin in November. I work for a volume house builder rather than in an architectural practice where my role is mostly in designing site layouts/master planning and I am looking for advice on the best way to approach the case study project. My tutor has suggested that I will need to write comparatively between the way that we design and build and the RIBA plan of works to show my understanding of the architectural process. My question is whether a housing development is an appropriate case study project as this is what I have experience in or whether I will need to focus on a specific building and find a project to shadow elsewhere?
Hi all,
I am an apprentice that has recently completed part 2 and preparing for part 3 which will begin in November.
Thank you for any help with this!
