Hey Fabulous Archinect community,
Starting this thread to discuss the Job market and academic relevance for MS in Urban Design in the current post-pandemic scenario for the 2 most pro-active cities. Looking forward to all your active participation (Grad students/alumni/Professionals)
While IVY leagues are dream schools, it seems getting an offer without a financial package is a bigger heartache than not getting accepted at all!
We can discuss the following for each school:
a. Affordability vs. reputations. location
b. Academic environment/resource/learning opportunity/curriculum
c. Recruitment assistance/Recruitment rate/Starting salary
d. Alumni network/work-life balance
So just wanted to know your feedback on well-reputed yet cost-effective/affordable Grad schools in New York and California for MS Urban Design Degree (MUD).
