I applied to 7 MArch II/Urban Design programs and these were the results.
UCB (MCP) - Accepted
Cornell (MSAAD) - Accepted with $
Columbia GSAPP (MSAUD) - Accepted
Harvard GSD (MAUD) - Reject
Yale (MArch II) - Reject
UPenn (MArch II) - Accepted
Princeton (MArch II) - Reject
Not keen on incurring 100K debt to go to grad school - is it better to reapply next year or just go for it? What are people's thoughts on reapplying? Has anyone done that and gotten better results second time around.

I would say just re-apply, to preventing being in so much debt. And in the meantime you could continue working on your portfolio + get relevant work experience and have a better chance in getting into GSD, Princeton etc.

Not quite sure. Making your portfolio better, getting it reviewed by instructors, architects etc. could certainly help. Work experience in the field + references from these firms could help as well. it is a risky game keeping in mind that you already got into some good schools. I would definitely think about Upenn and UCB seriously
