Can your AXP Supervisors see the whether their candidates have passed/failed an exam?

Personally, I'm not familiar with the supervisor interface, but I don't believe they can. Unless you tell them yourself, I would assume it would be a privacy issue, NCARB would have to ask you if you wanted to release those scores.

If you're so inclined you keep your supervisor updated on your progress. NCARB put out this worksheet to facilitate "check-ins." It includes a personal accounting of exams that have been passed.
I am a supervisor and no, I cannot see a candidate's exam results. The online AXP supervisor interface only shows me very basic information about how many AXP hours have been approved and how many are left.
