Anyone have any details of fire rated wall but leaving the stucco exterior wall alone? There are soooo many details and not enough time. The existing fence does not give us enough space to work on the exterior stucco and we need to fire-rate the wall.

You're looking to design a fire-separation against a property line with an existing assembly which has combustible cladding? Likely not a standard assembly with an off-the-shelf solution you can google. Fire-ratings and life safety details can be complicated. Spend the time to understand the condition and code requirements. I've done several rated walls with stucco finish however, none of them were pulled from a searchable database. That's what you're paid for anyways, right? What's the point of hiring you if all you're going to do is google for the easy answer?
